Your Mental Health can be improved by following some simple steps:

YOUR FIVE SENSES Watch your five senses at any given point of time and treat them. Your eyes, ears, nose, skin and tongue are at work 24x7x365 days... they deserve a feast!!

GROOM WELL Take care of your appearance, the way you look has a significant effect on your feel good factor!

BE CREATIVE Work on your creativity like engaging in gardening, sketching, painting, writing etc... something that makes you feel productive!

LEISURE TIME Do something just because it makes you feel good, not for any other reason. This can include activities like watching a comedy movie, going for a long walk or walk on a beach, speaking to a friend, practice Yoga etc...

SUPPORT SYSTEM Create a circle of people around you who you can rely on. This would mean having people who you can call at 3.00 am without really thinking about!

CONTEMPLATE Think about what you have achieved and are grateful for. Indulge in a thoughtful observation. Take a moment to be thankful for the 'goods', observe the 'positives' as the day progresses. Indulge in some form of relaxation or meditation.

APPRECIATE Think about all the good things and be thankful for them. Appreciate the beauty around and within you.
